{"id":398,"date":"2021-11-23T03:05:08","date_gmt":"2021-11-23T03:05:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/activewellnesscenter.com\/?p=398"},"modified":"2021-11-23T03:05:08","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T03:05:08","slug":"insta-chicken-tacos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/activewellnesscenter.com\/blog\/insta-chicken-tacos\/","title":{"rendered":"Insta Chicken Tacos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When working and working out leaves little time in the kitchen, let your pressure cooker or slow cooker prep your delicious and festive weeknight dinner!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong>4 chicken breasts, one jar salsa, favorite taco toppings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Place 4 chicken breasts in a slow cooker<\/li>\n<li>Cover the chicken with a jar of your favorite salsa<\/li>\n<li>Lightly season with salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>For a Slow Cooker, cover and cook on high for 4 hour<\/li>\n<li>For a Pressure Cooker, cover and set to PRESSURE COOK or MANUAL for 20 minutes. (30 minutes if using frozen chicken breasts).<\/li>\n<li>Once fully cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix together well<\/li>\n<li>Serve on a tortilla with black beans, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole or serve over a bed of lettuce with your favorite toppings.
