Combine salmon, spinach, celery, and pasta in an ovenproof baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>Heat milk in a small saucepan; don\u2019t let it boil.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in mustard and half the Gruyere until it melts. Add sun-dried tomatoes and fennel seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Let cook for a few minutes until tomatoes are softened.<\/li>\n<li>Pour sauce over salmon mixture.
