Ruben has been working at Active for nine months now as a Personal Trainer and he also teaches ZONE classes. Personally, he is motivated to stay active by his desire to live a long and healthy life as well wanting to practice what he preaches. His favorite exercises include weightlifting, specifically upper body lifting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI grew up as a skinny kid and couldn\u2019t lift heavy,\u201d he says. The last few years with consistent and proper training, Ruben admits that he\u2019s never felt stronger or more confident in his physique than he does now.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"e2ma-style\">Outside of the club, Ruben enjoys watching sports and movies, listening to music and spending time staying active outdoors.
