Meet Cami Cassidy- Group Fitness Instructor<\/b><\/h3>\n

Cami\u00a0 is one of our fabulous Group Fitness instructors at Active at NorthBay. Let’s let her introduce herself and learn more about her.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHi, I’m Coach Cami, and I’m passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and empowering environment. My journey to coaching began in the U.S. Army, where I learned discipline, resilience, and the importance of teamwork.<\/span><\/p>\n

After my service, I pursued a degree in Psychology to gain a deeper understanding of human behavior and motivation. This knowledge, combined with my certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), AFAA Group Training Specialist, TRX and Cardio Kickboxing instructor, allows me to create effective and engaging workout programs for all fitness levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

I’m a certified Spartan SGX Coach and Ragnar Relay Team Leader, so I understand the challenges and rewards of pushing your limits. I’m also a Kickboxing Boot Camp Coach, bringing an element of fun and self-defense into workouts.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a breast cancer survivor, I understand the importance of physical and mental strength in overcoming challenges. My experience fuels my commitment to helping others become the strongest, most confident version of themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

In my free time, I like to jet ski, hike, and go camping. I have 2 fur-baby pups named Zoey and Brody.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
