In this salad salmon is paired with quinoa, a complete protein source, and topped with avocado for healthy fats. These nutrients support muscle growth, reduce inflammation and contribute to an effective recovery post exercise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salmon<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 wild salmon filets<\/li>\n<li>2.5 tablespoons low fat yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 small lemon juiced<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tablespoon dill (fresh or dried)<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cumin powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quinoa Salad<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups cooked tricolor quinoa cooled<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup diced cucumber<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup thin sliced red onion<\/li>\n<li>5 cups mixed greens<\/li>\n<li>2 medium avocados<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup sunflower seeds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><strong>Directions:<br \/><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salmon<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preheat the oven to 350 degrees<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a bowl, add the yogurt, salt, black pepper, dill, cumin, and lemon juice, then mix. Place the salmon\u2019s skin down and spread a thin layer of the creamy dill over the salmon. Place salmon in the oven on the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are fully cooked.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Quinoa Salad<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a bowl, add the mixed greens, cucumber, quinoa, and avocado.
